redtagger

redtagger is a modular marking and labeling solution for the automatic creation and application of logistics labels on packages, cartons, and pallets. It enables fast, unambiguous, and reliable identification throughout the entire logistics chain.

The system is used in shipping, warehousing, and production processes and can automatically generate and apply shipping labels, SSCC labels, hazardous materials labels, or customer-specific labels. When combined with dimensioning systems, scales, and ERP or WMS systems, the necessary data is imported directly, reducing manual entries and preventing errors. The modular design allows for adaptation to different conveyor systems and process requirements.

Real-world example:
After automatic measurement and weight recording, the redtagger automatically applies the appropriate shipping label—containing all relevant logistics data—to a shipping pallet.
